The Villa(s)

Hacienda Del Mar is a magnificent fully staffed villa located on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras (just one hour south of Cancun). Entering the villa you will be enchanted by the amazing view of the blue Caribbean ocean.

Hacienda del Mar has been decorated with charming curios, cacti and artwork that all inspire an authentic Mexican ambience. As you walk through the living and dining areas with modern furnishings, you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you. The house is a masterpiece, with original hacienda features. A myriad of colors combine and contrast to create a vibrant feeling.

Indoors, you will find satellite TV, a game room, a billiards table, ping pong, Wi-Fi access and three different video game consoles. The bedrooms are modern and stylish and provide top quality beddings for your comfort. All rooms are capable to be set up as a King or Queen size bed or they may be set up with 2 or more single beds. All rooms have their own bathroom. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped and chef services are available. The staff of Hacienda del Mar will cater to your requests, and daily housekeeping is included. Check in is 3:00 PM. Check out is 10:00 AM

Outdoors, the snorkeling is fantastic. You will see brightly colored fish and, if you are lucky, maybe a sea turtle! Use of sea kayaks is complimentary. There is a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Hacienda Del Mar is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores and boutiques. A golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park are also nearby. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located close to many places of interest, including Mayan ruins, caves and eco parks. Transportation

Make sure your Passports are up to date! The villas are a 60 minute drive to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We will provide a Bus Transport schedule(TBD).

Cost

The cost for accommodations of the three nights, which includes food, is $375 ($125 per night) for guests, and $750($250 per night) for plus ones.

There are a limited number of rooms in the villa please RSVP as soon as possible, but if you are not able to join us in the Hacienda Villas, then just a short walk down the beach is The Omni Hotel. Prices at the Omni should be around $150-$200 per night for double occupancy and includes a continental breakfast.
